|Nicola Francia is graduated at the Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan and started his career in Caboto Holding sim. Then he worked in London for Abn Amro as Private Investor Products Responsible for Italy and for RBS as European Responsible of listed products. After a short period in BNP Paribas, after the acquiring of Investment Products of RBS, starting from January 2015 he works for UniCredit, where he is responsible for Private Investor Products for Italy, developing the distribution of investment products on primary market, listing in the stock exchange and market execution. In addition to being one of the founders of ACEPI, in December 2006, he held the position of member of the board of directors until 2014.|
|Alessandra Annoni - ACEPI board member|
Alessandra Annoni is head of structured products Direct Listing team of Banca IMI. She manages all phases of the life cycle of products for private investors and listed directly on the main European stock exchanges. Alessandra began her career at Citigroup where she was Sales & Marketing Manager for Equity Derivatives.

|Heiko Geiger works in Vontobel Europe AG, where is Head of Public Distribution Europe for the whole distribution and marketing of retail structured products in Europe. Previously he worked for Deutsche Borse AG where he was Responsible for Marketing and Sales for Indices for development for new indices as underlyings for ETFs and structured products. He started his career in 1998 for Entory (UK) / Entory AG (London, Frankfurt) as consultant for Banks and Insurances.|

|Master degree in Economics at Università of Bologna and postgraduate qualification at University College Dublin, Ireland, Nevia Gregorini worked as advisor for Andersen Consulting/Accenture from 2000 until 2004 for Financial Services and Telecommunication, partecipating to Marketing & Developmant projects. In 2004 she joined Marketing Office of Vodafone, where she contributed to dovelop the internet channel and advanced payment services. In January 2007 she came back to financial industry, joining Banca IMI as Marketing Responsable, for investment certificates and ETFs developing. In January 2008 she joined BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking, where is Head of Exchange Traded Solutions.|
|Costanza Mannocchi - ACEPI Board Member|

|Since 2004, Costanza Mannocchi works for Societe Generale within the team in charge of Italian Listed Products. During the years she covered different roles within the team and oversaw marketing activities for Lyxor ETFs in Italy. She is now focusing on new projects and, over the recent period, she took care of the listing of first Daily Leverage Certificates in Italy and of a range of SG ETCs/ETNs. She is graduated in Economics of Institutions and Financial Markets at Università L. Bocconi in Milan.|
|Francesca Pellei - ACEPI Board Member|
Francesca Pellei has worked for Banca Aletti, in Banco Popolare Group, from 2005 to 2017. Following the merger with Banca Popolare di Milano, she is currently employed in Banca Akros where she has taken on Client management activities within BancoBpm Group’s distribution network. She is also involved in product management activities as a member of the team responsible for structuring investment products both for captive retail base and non captive Institutional Clients. She has been involved in the Certificate business since 2006 and has contributed to its development in Banca Aletti. She is graduated in Economics at the Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan.

Anna Rathnow works in Unicredit Group since 2004. After holding various international roles within the Group, she moved to Italy in 2016 and she is currently responsible for Private Investor Products and Business Development of Unicredit Bank AG. More specifically, she is involved in the development of structured investment products, the digitalization of the issuance platform and all the phases of the product life cycle management on Italian Stock Exchange, both primary market and public distribution.
